Knights of Columbus - 4th Degree - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA
Chartered 1981

As you know, I am the current Faithful Captain of Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree Assembly 1873 in West Chester..  I had the honor of being selected by the assembly as one of the Grand Marshals for this year's Veterans Day parade at the VA in Coatesville.

As they presented all of the Grand Marshals with a certificate of recognition and took a group photo, John Rogge requested I forward the attached items for inclusion in the Assembly's web site.

I am on the far right in the back row of the photo (probably the youngest guy there).  I served four years in the Marine Corps as a helicopter crew chief and served a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1965.  I am a purple heart recipient and spent 8 months at Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Chicago recovering from my wounds and was eventually returned to full duty.

Regards
Chuck Beebe

Great member retention begins by Keeping Recruitment Personal! Create an open, warm and welcoming atmosphere to engage new members in charitable outreach. Taking a "personal approach" is easier with a 'mentorship attitude" that "creates a sense of belonging." Find out HOW to Recruit and Retain with a S.M.A.R.T. recruiting technique that will give you a "Track to Run On!"
In just an hour we will explore, Why and How to recruit members :
· Charitable Outreach Attracts and Retains Members
